We want you to feel comfortable enough to fall asleep and stay asleep. While we can help you with your stress and many of the other causes of nightmares, we may not be able to fully stop them. Just in case a couple of nightmares slip through, we want to help you after the fact with a journal to get them off your mind.
Snooze Your Scaries
Headspace is introducing its new guided meditation process to get you through those pesky nightmares. Encouraging users to write in their journals, it will guide them to interpret their bad dreams and have a more positive outlook on their days.
